Binance Jobs in Italy: Compliance Officer - Oversight & Monitoring

Binance is offering a job opportunity as a Compliance Officer - Oversight & Monitoring (Italy) Full-time Onsite or Remote.

1. Contribute to implement local addenda to Global compliance policies/procedures (including marketing material, new product approval, token listing, conflict of interest, complaints handling, outsourcing, BCP, etc.) review them regularly, in line with regulatory development;
2. Monitoring regulatory developments;
3. Draft annual Compliance Reports 
4. Perform Product Compliance Risk Assessment;
5. Perform second line testing activity on the compliance framework, propose changes to address deficiencies or shortcomings identified;
6. Liaising with internal audit function in connection with their own third level checks;
7. Check that training requirements are met by employees and organize additional training if needed;
8. Participate in ad-hoc remediation or business specific projects;
9. Contribute to compliance advisory roles in connection with specific new matters that might come from time to time;
10. Any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions.

1. Bachelor degree in finance or business school.
2. Experience in banking, financial services, fintech or tech.
3. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance functions and AML (audit or internal controls);
4. Experience working with Compliance and AML on continuous process improvements;
5. Great interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Public, crypto native and/or Big 4 companies experience would be an asset;
7. Experience working in payment services or market platform is nice to have;
8. Native italian is a must as well as advanced english
