Opportunity description

Aumet offers a full-time job opportunity for the business development officer and joins its team to drive the adoption of the innovative healthcare applications among pharmacies. This is a unique chance to join a leading provider in the healthcare industry.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Build Relationships:
    • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with medical distributors in Jordan.
  • Needs Assessment:
    • Understand the requirements of medical distributors and effectively communicate how Aumet solutions can address their needs.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Conduct on-site visits to medical distributors to introduce and promote its healthcare application.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Product Showcase:
    • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of the digital solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with medical distributors.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • A background in the Pharmaceutical Market.
