Deloitte offers a full-timejob opportunity for the position of Consulting | Finance and Logistics Admin in Amman, who will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between finance, logistics, and stakeholder communication. The role encompasses tasks ranging from handling expenses, managing room bookings, and maintaining effective relationships with landlords and other stakeholders. Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding expense charges, bookings, and accommodations.
- Provide timely and clear updates to stakeholders about their financial obligations and any changes therein.
Address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Logistics Management:
- Manage and coordinate accommodation bookings, including room reservations and stays.
- Ensure all bookings meet company standards and budget requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination of accommodations.
- Financial Administration:
- Handle the expenses associated with room bookings and hotel stays, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of all accommodation-related expenses.Reconcile any discrepancies in charges and manage invoice payments.
- Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with landlords, hotel managers, and other accommodation providers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with landlords and hotels to achieve the best rates and services.
- Handle any conflicts or issues arising from accommodations professionally and diplomatically.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports detailing accommodation expenses, bookings, and any associated financial metrics.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Logistics, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in finance, logistics, or accommodation management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and logistics management tools.
- Ability to negotiate and manage relationships effectively.
- Someone with keen attention to detail, and an understanding of both financial management and logistics, especially in the realm of accommodation.
