Alhafez Group For Investment & Trade leading distributor of high-quality home appliances in Jordan, committed to delivering top-tier products and customer service. As they expanding their digital footprint, they are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead and grow our online presence across all digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Search and Display Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Strategy. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and technical execution.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

  • Manage and monitor performance across all digital channels including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads (Search & Display), Social Media Platforms, Email Marketing Campaigns, Content Marketing & Website Updates.

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, and generate actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Report regularly on KPIs and campaign performance to senior management.

Eligibility criteria

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Alternatively, a recognized experience certificate or a digital marketing certification (e.g. Google, HubSpot, Meta) demonstrating practical knowledge is acceptable.

  • Hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels including SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Strong strategic thinking and technical execution skills.
