Duties & responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging English language lessons for students.
Align professional attributes with the Amman Academy Values: Creativity and Innovation, Integrity, Well-being, Collaboration, Respect and Discipline, and Educational Excellence.
Participate actively in written assessments, subject-specific assessments, and demo classes as needed by the faculty.
Read, understand, and strictly adhere to the AA Guiding Statements, Child Protection Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, Assessment Policy, and the IB Programme Standards and Practices.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor's degree in English literature or any related field.
2-4 years of similar teaching experience.
Fluency in the English language.
Previous knowledge of the IB (International Baccalaureate) system is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
High levels of organization and time management.
Solid IT skills for educational integration.
