PwC is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in Amman. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues. The role involves acting as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships, and ensuring efficient administrative and diary management.
Duties & responsibilities
Manage demanding diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and resolving conflicts appropriately.
Ensure Executives get to meetings on time with appropriate documentation.
Handle and screen calls, taking and passing messages in a timely manner.
Monitor Executives' email inboxes when they are out of the office and take necessary action.
Plan proactively for internal and external meetings, including organizing catering and IT requirements.
Proofread and edit documents when required, such as presentations, proposals, and letters.
Maintain and update the Executives' contact databases and general filing.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
1 to 2+ years of experience in an administrative role (experience in a professional services firm is an advantage).
Proficiency in spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to act on own initiative to highlight issues and suggest solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must possess a professional telephone manner and a warm, friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in administrative systems, Google G suite, and fast keyboard skills (at least 55 words per minute).
