The role partners closely with engagement teams, leadership, and QRM professionals to embed Deloitte's quality standards, risk policies, and professional practice requirements across the business.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of engagement quality activities, including QA reviews, risk assessments, and governance processes.

  • Identify, assess, and monitor engagement risks and quality issues, and support the implementation of mitigation plans.

  • Provide guidance to practitioners on QRM policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Escalate significant quality or risk matters to QRM leadership and engagement partners with clear recommendations.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Deloitte's QA and QRM frameworks.

  • Collaborate with teams across the business and Member Firms to promote a strong quality culture.

  • Support reviews of large-scale, complex, and high-risk engagements.

  • Assist in monitoring compliance with Deloitte policies, professional standards, and regulatory expectations.

Eligibility criteria

  • Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Business Administration or related disciplines.

  • Typically, 3-6 years of experience in professional services, audit, risk, compliance, or quality management.

  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.

  • Advanced reporting and dashboarding expertise.

  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.

  • General understanding of engagement risk, professional standards, and quality management principles.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiar with the latest technology in data and workflow tools (e.g., GenAI, CLM, ServiceNow).
