The role partners closely with engagement teams, leadership, and QRM professionals to embed Deloitte's quality standards, risk policies, and professional practice requirements across the business.
Duties & responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of engagement quality activities, including QA reviews, risk assessments, and governance processes.
Identify, assess, and monitor engagement risks and quality issues, and support the implementation of mitigation plans.
Provide guidance to practitioners on QRM policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Escalate significant quality or risk matters to QRM leadership and engagement partners with clear recommendations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Deloitte's QA and QRM frameworks.
Collaborate with teams across the business and Member Firms to promote a strong quality culture.
Support reviews of large-scale, complex, and high-risk engagements.
Assist in monitoring compliance with Deloitte policies, professional standards, and regulatory expectations.
Eligibility criteria
Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Typically, 3-6 years of experience in professional services, audit, risk, compliance, or quality management.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Advanced reporting and dashboarding expertise.
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
General understanding of engagement risk, professional standards, and quality management principles.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with the latest technology in data and workflow tools (e.g., GenAI, CLM, ServiceNow).
