Dell is offering an exceptional internship opportunity in Financial Analysis to join the team in Casablanca, Morocco. 

1. Monitor Sales Compensation Plan attainment and commission payout per individuals, by respecting deadlines as per Sales Compensation Plan Calendar and payroll calendar.
2. Effectively interact with Sales and Finance population and resolve questions and potential conflicts regarding Sales Compensation Plan; help other team members to solve their issues.
3. Perform business analysis on sales commissions to support management understanding and decision making.
4. Coordinate team work and backfill others when needed.
5. Ensure process compliance to the commission rules.

1. Excellent communication skills in French & English both orally and in writing.
2. Preferred Bachelor’s degree received in the last 12 months.
