Syarah is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in front-end development to join our team in Amman. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality user interfaces in collaboration with design and product teams, leading the implementation of interactive features using modern technologies.

• Write unit and UI tests using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright

• Optimize front-end performance and improve Web Vitals metrics (LCP, CLS, FID)

• Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance and cross-browser compatibility

• Support SEO best practices through semantic HTML, meta tags, and structured data

• Collaborate with design and product teams to implement effective solutions

• Build CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing and deployment

• Use tools like Storybook for component-driven UI development

• Support internationalization (i18n) in front-end components

• Minimum of 4 years of web development experience with a focus on front-end

• Proficiency in React, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript

• Solid experience with animation libraries and smooth UI interactions

• Strong skills in translating Figma designs into front-end implementations

• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or other state management libraries

• Experience with REST APIs or GraphQL

• Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles

• Knowledge of accessibility testing tools like axe-core, Lighthouse

• Understanding of SEO in the context of JavaScript frameworks

• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on improving user experience
