Disney is offering Games Brand Relations internship in USA.

Duration:

The approximate dates of this internship are May 2022 – August 2022. Location: This team is looking for two interns- one will be located in Emeryville, CA and work in the Pixar offices. One intern will work a hybrid schedule in Glendale, CA. Must be able to provide your own housing and transportation.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Support the Disney and Pixar Games team in production, creative, and marketing providing content and reference for all Disney and Pixar Games titles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Creative, PR, Marketing) to secure feedback/approvals on all submissions
  • Maintain asset management tools/directories to track/coordinate deliverables
  • Ability to learn or existing knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/AirTable
  • Track all asset deliveries and ensure on-time deliverables for assigned titles
  • Coordinate with regional teams on incoming/outgoing requests/approvals
  • Develop knowledge of brand relations partnerships, process, and the brands

Eligibility criteria

  • Experience in games, digital, and interactive experiences
  • Ability to think pragmatically, not just theoretically, and implement ideas
  • Strong teamwork capabilities and organizational skills with an eye for detail and thoroughness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
  • You’ll be a current student or a recent graduate (within 6 months of your graduation date) pursuing a career in Brand Management, Gaming, Digital Media or other related fields

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in and passion for games, digital, and interactive experiences industries

Additional Information:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Must provide full work availability
  • All candidates must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the session
  • All candidates must have a consistent, reliable home internet and WiFi
