Opportunity description

Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan as it is looking for a Global Quality Assurance Lead. This role is a key position dedicated towards driving Quality Assurance vertical, responsible for the delivery of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) program across the network

It will play an important role in establishing the strategy to meet the organization’s goal to be GDP compliant. This includes training of staff, maintaining the QMS, conduct inspections and document the required procedures

Duties & responsibilities

  1. To assess in driving GDP strategy globally, to enable transformation of the organization through the following bespoke strategies:
  2. Quality Management Documentation System: Responsible for maintaining good documentation practices across the network
  3. Internal Quality Audits: Train and follow up with station QA members on relevant healthcare GDP guidelines
  4. GDP Certification: coordinate with QA members, stations & teams to ensure successful implementation of GDP program
  5. Provide ongoing support to multiple project teams. Communicates quality assurance information/news to station QA members, management and employees
  6. Leadership and management skills to influence teams
  7. Support the evaluation of emerging digital improvement tools, systems and processes, to continuously challenge the status quo and drive a quality culture

Eligibility criteria

  1.  Bachelor’s degree a must, Master’s degree preferred
  2.  3+ years with a successful track record in driving Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
  3.  5+ years with a successful track record in driving quality assurance
  4.  Certified as Internal ISO auditor preferred
  5.  Experience in freight, logistics and supply chain solutions design preferred
  6.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7.  Must be open to travel 20% of the time as per project needs in other regions
  8.  Experience in preparing and presenting recommendations to an audience of senior executives
  9. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
