Opportunity description
Vodafone is looking for a German Speaking HR Intern with Recruitment and L&D focus to join the team in Budapest, Hungary.
Duties & responsibilities
- Perform resourcing related administrative tasks and help to improve the process in order to reach targets.
- Support the pre-selection process and help applicants by answering application related questions via email.
- Keep in touch in writing with applicants via Success Factors system.
- Handle HR queries within the ticketing system.
- Help with administrative tasks related to employment documents.
Eligibility criteria
- Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months at a Hungarian university.
- Speak German and English on intermediate level.
- Have a basic knowledge in MS Office programs.
- Can communicate easily, but you are comfortable with administrative tasks as well.
- You have good organizing skills and you can work alone.
