You will be responsible for:

• Assisting HR department in day-to-day operations.
• Updating internal databases and keeping HR data updated.
• Supporting recruitment processes.
• Coordinating new hire orientations.
• Assisting the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
• Supporting payroll process.

You must have:

• Senior students or new graduates who are interested in a career in human resources. 
• Ability to work 4-5 working days a week. 
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Good communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Problem solver and willing to work in a dynamic environment doing a variety of tasks.
