Job Opportunity as a Logistics Specialist at Chalhoub Group in Kuwait

Chalhoub Group is offering a job opportunity as Logistics Specialist in Kuwait.

• Communicate across the Product Registration and Compliance team and map the internal processes for the department.
• Prepare, review and update the internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for the Product Registration and Compliance team.
• Handle projects that the Product Registration and Compliance team may have with different departments.
• Support the needs of the Products Registration and Compliance team in their processes with brands.
• Communicate requirements of the Product Registration and Compliance team to different departments and third parties (when needed) for new projects and software.
• Maintain accurate records for all projects, processes and SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain periodic reports on projects’ progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Engineering/Business Administration or a related field.
• A certification or training in Project Management is a plus.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs/Project Management in MENA or a similar regional exposure.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced proficiency in a software is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Team player.
• Ability to learn.
