Internal Audit Internship for Students and Graduates at Dell in Romania

Dell is offering an Internal Audit Internship to join the team and work in Bucharest, Romania. 

1. Support audit engagements across the North America organization by testing various processes and controls implemented by business (guidance and supervision from the audit team at hand, if necessary or requested) and also participate in opening and closing calls organized by lead auditors and interact with the North America business partners.
2. Prepare basic working papers, testing guides and other audit documentation, in line with Assurance Services quality standards and requirements.
3. Participate together with the audit team in performing risk analyses, developing recommendations and following-up on previously identified issues.
4. Support different members of the team with their respective functional pillar activities.
5. Use a fresh perspective to research and identify alternatives to existing processes which drive either heightened controls or business simplification.

1. Student or graduate of a Finance / Economics / IT University.
2. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
3. Ability to rapidly assimilate diverse data and make decisions.
4. Communication and adaptability, analytic spirit and critical thinking.
5. Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
6. Experience in an international environment is preferred.
