Zain Group is offering Code 2030: AI & Machine Learning Trainee in Manama, Bahrain. CODE 2030 is an 18-month, tech-based employment program, focused on fostering the development of the skills and competencies needed to equip Bahrain’s youth in the technological field. CODE 2030 is an 18-month, tech-based employment program, focused on fostering the development of the skills and competencies needed to equip Bahrain’s youth in the technological field. The program will include:

• 18 months employment within Zain Bahrain’s Technical Departments.
• Online Courses & Certifications.
• Department Rotations.
• Mentoring & Coaching.

1. Develop algorithms that can predict customer behavior and future trends
2. Produce project outcomes and isolate the issues that need to be resolved, in order to make programmes more effective
3. Build algorithms based on statistical modelling procedures and build and maintain scalable machine learning solutions in production
4. Assist the team in undertaking data collection, preprocessing and analysis
5. Support in building models to address a variety of business problems
6. Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
7. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
8. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
9. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
10. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business or Data Analytics, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Bahraini nationals.
• University graduates.
• Exceptional academic record is a plus.
• Job related professional certificate(s) is a plus.
• Job related experience up to 3 years is a plus.
• Age between 21-27 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduate within 3 years of graduation.
• Knowledge of R, SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C++ is an asset
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) preferred
• Fluent in English; strong Arabic skills is preferred.

• Ability to liaise effectively and coordinate successfully with internal and external stakeholders and other third parties.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
