DHL express in Germany is offering an internship opportunity in digital customer interactions starting October 1, 2022 for 18 months.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Help shape the Digital future of DHL - seeking a technical mind & digital native to join DHL Experience Platform team.
  • Help manage the software development process through requirements management, design, development and release.
  • Bring a balance of the user experience and technical problem solving into a team atmosphere to challenge yourself and the group to a better digital future.

Eligibility criteria

  • Graduation (Bachelor/Master) before October 1st, 2022
  • First professional experience with digital platforms and knowledge of release management; international experience
  • Fluent English skills
  • Open minded
  • Very good analytical skills and interest for digital topics
  • Creativity as well as team and customer orientation
