Opportunity description
APCO Worldwide is offering an Internship opportunity in USA: Learning & Development.
Benefits:
This is a paid internship at a fixed hourly rate of $17.50.
Duties & responsibilities
- Provide support to the Learning and Development team in various functions including, but not limited to, regional Diversity Equity and Inclusion and global Client Business Management learning programs, research, and data analytics
- Support in planning and managing the calendar for all global learning programs
- Partner with the Learning and Development Coordinator to manage APCO’s global learning management system
- Provide support in the development of APCO’s Learning and Development internal communications
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, digital filing, contracts/POs, and invoices
- Participate in general research and analysis on special Learning Development projects, gaining hands-on experience in many aspects of Learning and Development
Eligibility criteria
- Recent college graduate or senior in class standing
- Major in human resource management, business or learning technology preferred
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
- Collaborative team player who also can work independently and be a self-starter, take initiative, and set priorities
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information at all times
- Strong attention to organizational and grammatical detail
- Experience with Microsoft products preferred, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams
- Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Experience with Articulate 360 preferred
- Available to work 40 hours per week
