Paid Internship Opportunity at L'Oreal 2021 in France

L'Oréal offers a paid internship opportunity, a 6-month internship starting between July and September 2021. This internship gives you a chance to join L'Oréal which a true industrial company delivering more than 7 billion products worldwide every year. By joining the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) teams, you will deep dive in Operations, which contribute to the growth of L'Oréal, from product development, sourcing, production to the distribution of all the Group's products. 

You will responsible for:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the EHS management systems and policies
• Prepare the ISO certifications 14001 / 45001
• Raise awareness among teams and deliver EHS training on-site
•  Ensure that everyone adheres to the regulation and the safety instructions 
•  Ensure the regulatory monitoring, communicate about it and propose actions to be in line with regulation
• Participate in environmental impact studies and in the elaboration of the Carbon Footprint
• Draw up the ergonomic specifications for retail stores.

You must have:

1.  a Master’s student in Business School / Engineering School.
2.  looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.
3. ability to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school.
4. convince skills and able to explain your ideas clearly.
5. entrepreneurial. You like to try new things and discover new ways of doing things.
6. team player, excellent interpersonal skills.
7. open-minded, able to exchange your ideas and integrate the opinions of others in order to find the optimal solution.
8. creative skills and like to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
9. The ability to work with data.
