Dell offers an internship opportunity for undergraduates in the field of Pre-sales Solutions Architect. Working side-by-side with presales solutions architects, account executives, customers, and Dell senior management, you will create clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content (demos, documents, and other content). It takes an ability to research, analyze and synthesize complex subject matter. And it’s all underpinned by an understanding of how the technologies work and how they benefit customers.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Think creatively to design data center solutions that encompass the breadth of the Dell Technologies portfolio.
- You must have a passion for learning the Dell Technologies data center infrastructure portfolio, competitive offerings, general IT changes, and customer and industry trends.
- Perform tasks of varying complexity, requiring judgment with limited direct supervision.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- This job may be remote, with an option to work and meet people at the Dell office in Wemmel.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Ongoing undergraduate coursework.
- Productivity and excellent communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day-to-day activities.
- Ability to follow processes, policies, and practices to achieve consistency and compliance.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude in a field such as engineering, computer science, business, math, or applied sciences.
