Duties & responsibilities
- Supporting both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies alongside management
- Conducting direct candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray
- Screening candidates to assess their fit for various roles
- Managing interview scheduling and logistics with Project and Client Managers
- Advising on candidate trends and market insights to optimize recruitment strategies
- Taking ownership of the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless hiring process
- Learning from an experienced team and contributing to Avomind’s growth
Eligibility criteria
- You are eligible for the Erasmus+ Internship Grant (applications from non-eligible candidates will not be considered)
- You are currently studying or about to graduate and looking for an exciting internship
- You have strong communication skills and an open-minded personality
- You thrive in goal-oriented environments and love achieving results
- You enjoy building relationships and expanding your professional network
- You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in recruitment, people-focused roles, or project coordination is a bonus
