Walt Disney offers an internship opportunity in the field of News/Digital at USA.
Duties & responsibilities
- You will be part of a digital team assisting in producing stories, creating original videos and engaging the audience on social networks.
- You must be motivated, willing to take on new challenges and make the most of your time with the company to truly make a difference.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Enjoy telling stories in creative ways.
- A passion for digital media and television.
- Love YouTube and creating Stories.
- Familiar with AP Writing Style.
- The ability to explain just about anything to anyone in writing, in person or on the phone.
- Love taking on problems and finding creative solutions
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, but also know how to stay focused on what matters most.
- It's preferred to have experience with non-linear video editing software such Adobe Premiere, AVID and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar program.
- Previous experience (academic or internship) in journalism (print, digital, and/or broadcast) and/or in television, news and new media production.
- SEO/SCO knowledge (Search Engine/Channel Optimization).
Additional Information:
- All students must possess unrestricted work authorization.
- All students must be at least 18 years old.
- Currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class – OR – be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last 6 months - OR - be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program in order to qualify for this internship.
- Be willing to work approximately 18-20 hours per week, and have a consistent, and reliable work schedule throughout the entire duration of the internship.
- The ability to provide your own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship.
- Be available from May/June 2022 through January 2023.
