McKinsey & Company is offering Analyst Intern - Risk Management internship in Frankfurt.
Duties & responsibilities
McKinsey's Risk Management Practice develops and implements individual risk management strategies, concepts for risk detection, measurement and control for the world's largest banks and insurance companies as well as for industrial companies in numerous industries.
What You'll Do:
An international team of analysts is available to our consultants with specifically prepared information and topic-specific analyzes. Would you like to strengthen this team for a few months and gain an insight into international top management consulting? A wealth of interesting topics and tasks awaits you with us. You support our team with analyzes for current client studies or internal projects on risk management in the banking and insurance sector as well as in industrial companies in various sectors. In this context, you deal, for example, with questions about capital management, rating or regulatory framework conditions such as Basel II / III. You use a wide range of internal and external sources in your work. You can fall back on an excellently developed information infrastructure and our international network of experts.
Eligibility criteria
- You have been studying economics, mathematics or a related degree for at least two years with above-average success
- You have a keen interest in risk management topics and have already gained your first practical experience
- You have strong analytical skills
- You communicate convincingly in word and writing - both in German and in English
- You are confident, creative and enjoy teamwork
- You would like to work with us for around three months.
