Opportunity description
Dell is offering an IT Business Analysis Internship to join the team in Slovakia.
Duties & responsibilities
- Learn how to work in an Agile methodology.
- Learn how to manage a backlog with a Development feature team.
- Learn how to problem solve through process mapping, brainstorming techniques.
- This position will provide an intern with the opportunity to experience what it is like to work on real world supply chain business capability enablement from an IT perspective.
- Learn how to elicit requirements from a business partner & translate & groom these requirements into features & stories that will be handed to a development team with positive & negative acceptance criteria.
- You will be trained in Agile Methodologies, Program Management, Story Creation using Behaviour Driven Development format(Gherkin), Team Foundation Server, requirements elicitation techniques.
- Learn how to make best use of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Learn how to report on program progression using tools such as TFS.
Eligibility criteria
- Good Interpersonal communication skills.
- Some knowledge of Agile and Scrum product management principles.
- Experience in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Project, OneNote.
- You will need to be flexible, hard-working & love a challenge.
