Nordea offers an internship opportunity with the business management team for a period length of one year. It is looking for a Trainee to support Senior Management of the Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) organization with an understanding of Sales trends. This is an opportunity for you to show your motivation about exploring constantly new fields of activities as part of the growing business of I&WD by following a focused mindset within a dedicated team. Working with dedicated colleagues in an exciting, exciting environment, you’ll contribute to meet the customers’ changing needs. Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting.
- Monthly calculations of the value of flows and value of AuM (Asset under Management).
- Regularly update and validation of a fee repository.
- Support Senior Management with ad hoc assignments.
- Supporting all departments across the value chain from an administrative point of view.

You must have:
- Strong ability to work in a structured way and unwavering attention to detail.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, open-minded, and reliable.
- Skilled in usage of MS Office applications – Especially Excel.
- Enjoying learning and excited about bringing your ideas to the table.
- You’re dependable, willing to speak up – even when it’s difficult.
- Committed to empowering others.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
- French, German, or other European language skills are considered as additional assets.
