job Opportunity for Jordanians at Royal Jordanian as National Distribution Senior Supervisor

Royal Jordanian Airlines is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan as a full-time National Distribution Senior Officer / Supervisor.

Eligibility:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
2. Very good command of English.
3. Customer service/communication skills.
4. Time management.
5. Negotiation skills.
6. Strong planning and organizational skills.
7. Adequacy to work under pressure and on holidays when needed.
8. From 0-3 years of related experience.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily visits to existing/potential customers to demonstrate NDC services and assist them in selecting the best suited to their needs.
2. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current agents and prospective agents to generate new business for the organization.
3. Develop clear and effective written proposals /quotations for current and prospective customers.
4. Resolve agent complaints by investigating problems, sending agents' requests to concerned section in order to make recommendations and develop solutions.
5. Build and maintain good relations with travel agents.
6. Monitor agent’s performance and analyze their segments' production.
7. Prepare market updates, weekly sales pipeline and monthly report to Travelport.

Monthly Salary Range:

$500 - $1,000.
