Opportunity description

Accor Hotels is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join the team and work in Fujairah, UAE. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  2. Greet, check-in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed.
  3. Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
  4. Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
  5. Follow all safety policies.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment.
  2. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  3. Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications is an asset.
  4. Must be able to type 25 words per minute.
  5. Must possess a professional presentation.
  6. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Highly responsible & reliable.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
  10. Hospitality Diploma is an asset.
  11. Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
  12. Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately.
