Unifonic offers a job opportunity in Egypt for the position of agile delivery manager. The engineering team at the company is looking for a self-starting Delivery Manager who will build, lead, inspire and motivate the delivery team, to ensure agreed objectives are accomplished. In this role, you will work across the whole Program of digital services and the underlying technologies supporting them. You should to be adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team, and both planning at a higher level and getting into the details to make things happen when needed.
Duties & responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology.
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against your capacity and capability of the team.
- Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production).
- Participate in the Agile Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practices.
- Work in collaborations with Scrum Masters, Agile PMs, and clients to manage dependencies and provide pragmatic solutions.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- 5-7 years of experience in an Agile Environment.
- Solid experience in delivering digital projects and products.
- Strong experience using a range of project management methods.
- Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
- Lead delivery teams working.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and an ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
