You must have:

• Direct management experience, in a logistics, manufacturing, engineering, production, or distribution environment.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• You are preferred to have:
• Excellent command of the English Language.
• Previous experience with a courier company.
• Familiarity with PC applications.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands.
• Strong analytical capability; track record of digging into data and finding solutions for a variety of operational problems.
