Opportunity description

Aramex offers a job opportunity for Global Budget & Planning Leader position in Amman. You will share the company's dedication to transforming the face of trade and expanding its operations rapidly to better connect businesses and consumers worldwide.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible: 

  • Coordinate with business entities and strategy division to agree targets across entities.
  • Carry out and follow up on the planned budget process across the network.
  • Assist in Preparation of quarterly Rolling forecasts.
  • Provide the day-to-day control of Budget Spend specifically in relation to Capex and Headcount.
  • Raise any point related to enhancement of policies of procedures within the function.
  • Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.
  • Analysis of financial information for entities across the network to ensure all operations are within the budget.
  • Assist in collecting financial and operational data required for analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in checking and analyzing new projects as initiated by PMO.
  • Manage the team of analysts.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. 
  • 3-5 years of experience within Aramex group.
  • Experience in using budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast through ERP systems (SAP preferably) in a multinational environment.
  • Financial reporting and planning Skills.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Excellent command in Microsoft offices.
  • Team player.
