Al-Futtaim is offering job opportunity in UAE: Executive Manager.

• Supporting the Operations Manager in analysing and reporting of data, including financial reports specific to the operations of Group Learning & Development
• Produce and manipulate excel tables to an advanced level, with a strong attention to detail
• Report and analyse all data produced, including the tracking and measurements of G L& D projects.
• Maintain and support G L& D processes within iGrow – including Course content updates, confirmation of courses, reports and user issues
• Maintain weekly Learning records for on line and off line users
• Maintain data base for Debtors including the receipt of all monies from external customers.
• General Administration duties and support of all other Administration staff –including, customer queries via face to face or by telephone.

• Education: High School
• Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 2yrs Experience within similar role
• Job-Specific Skills: Advanced MS Office, Finance, Project Management
