Job in UAE: Zone Security Manager at Expo Dubai 2020

Expo Dubai offers job opportunity as a Zone Security Manager.

• Manage and oversee the Deputy Zone Security Manager on duty within the respective zone
• Manage and oversee the security contractor personnel on duty within the respective zone
• Assist the Lead Zone Security Manager when on duty by leading the team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to the Deputy Zone Security Managers and Security Contractors
• Evaluate and report to the Lead Zone Security Manager on the performance of Deputy Zone Security Managers and Security Contractors
• Support the Lead Zone Security Manager to ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs.

• 6+ experience in Military, Police or Security background
• A bachelor’s degree within a relevant field;
• Strong Presentation and Communication Skills;
• Strong Customer Service Skills;
• Demonstrated time management skills;
• Demonstrated experience in delivering on plans;
• Demonstrated experience in Incident Management and Conflict Resolution.
