Alshaya Group announces a job opportunity as a Brand Marketing Executive in the United Arab Emirates.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Helping brands understand the value of data.
- Designing, configuring, testing and ensuring the quality of offers and rewards to enhance user experience.
- Maintaining high standards of Arabic content quality and alignment with market trends.
- Keeping abreast of loyalty program competitors’ activities.
- Sharing key campaign results and performance and brand engagements.
- Working closely with Alshaya brands, translating brand marketing plans into loyalty program opportunities.
- Leading loyalty program initiatives to acquire, develop and retain customers across the brand.
- Fostering relationships with brand partners.
- Promoting customer engagement through loyalty program offers and rewards.
- Working closely with the marketing team to deliver a loyalty program marketing plan.
- Working closely and building strong and effective relationships within the brand marketing teams, broader CRM teams, and digital and strategic planning.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of tasks.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills, translating it into effective marketing campaigns.
- Must be a proactive individual with strong organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a logical approach to work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in marketing or brand planning.
- Experience in fashion/beauty/wellness/food.
- Experience in marketing campaigns across various marketing channels (SMS, email, push notifications, digital, social media, website/web portal).
- Skills in planning, executing and delivering marketing campaigns.
- Skills in working on MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
