Opportunity description
KPMG is announcing a job opportunity as a consultant in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for providing input and contributing to operational planning and improvement processes, which can be of a specialist nature, including business plans, timelines and project management, and may also begin to lead parts of the work or projects within the team.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Assessing current client processes, identifying gaps and designing future processes.
- Evaluating and developing policies.
- Identifying impact and improvements related to the organization’s structure, data and technology.
- Identifying potential technology systems and their business requirements required for automated transformation of processes.
- Identifying and measuring KPIs.
- Identifying, planning and monitoring the implementation of improvement projects.
- Supporting the client in introducing designed policies and processes.
- Collecting, analyzing and developing reports.
- Identifying and evaluating the pros and cons of possible alternatives and selecting and developing the most appropriate solution for the client.
- Delivering high quality results on time to the client.
- Keeping senior team members informed of important developments and progress of work.
- This role may involve a significant amount of travel (30%-50%) within KSA and the MENA region.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 years in a similar role, or 3 years in global consulting firms.
- Experience in operating model design, business process modeling, operational improvement, or enterprise performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation and persuasion skills.
- Strong work ethic, and must be proactive/initiative.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process modeling tools (e.g. Aris, Visio).
- Proficient written and spoken English and Arabic.
