Deloitte offers a job opportunity as a Senior Consultant for SAP Enterprise Technology and Performance in Jordan. You will work with clients and help shape the business of the organization while advising them on strategy, operations, finance, human resources, and technology.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Produce a high-quality product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Understanding how business functions work and how sector trends affect clients' businesses.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within the business function.
- Determine appropriate data collection and analysis methods, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support clients' business strategies.
- The ability to incorporate financial information when evaluating strategic options.
- Organize insights and define the logical flow to tell a story when making recommendations.
- Apply awareness of global trends to meet customer needs and enhance recommendations.
- Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem-solving.
- Collecting data and setting priority criteria to build an integrated roadmap that addresses all aspects of implementation.
- Design and implement the ongoing operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technologies.
- Practical access and exposure to the latest technology.
- Work with customers who want to improve their ability to interact with the digital world, enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize platforms, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Proven experience working with the SAP suite of products including core ERP, e-commerce, customer experience/CRM, content management, analytics (SAP 4 HANA), and product lifecycle management.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline/professional field.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or MBA.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking skills in English.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Driving skills.
- Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including producing project plans and quality program deliverables.
- Strong administrative and numerical skills and the ability to analyze complex data with attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment with flexible working hours.
- Certifications in relevant methodologies including PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, and BPR technologies.
- The ability to collaborate with clients, a strong desire to excel, and a commitment to gain experience in multiple fields.
- Proficient in implementing technology-based business solutions for clients as part of a highly talented team and as a team leader or project manager at a minimum.
