Aramex announces a job opportunity as a Copywriter in Arabic in Egypt. The company is looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills to help it advance its advertising work. You (as a member of the creative team) will write and edit content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video and social media), working closely with design teams to brainstorm and develop ideas. You must be a quick learner, have a versatile writing style, and have a strong ability to write in Arabic in a way that suits different markets such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc. You must also be able to:
- Achieve success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high volume workload, often short turnaround times.
- Continuously raise your level of creativity, and write new copies capable of reaching the target audience.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
- Stay up to date with brand guidelines so your content is consistently consistent with them.
- Write well in English.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Editing the English version to Arabic (short or long content).
- Research and understand the needs of the target audience, through online research, reviews of current research, interviews with specialized experts, and various personal meetings.
- Writing and editing original content for a range of marketing and communication materials for different companies.
- Collaborate with the team on all content-related points, from idea development to final publication delivery.
- Provide content ideas and final publications to the internal team and to clients when needed, and participate in client presentations on occasion.
- Review and modify content based on internal comments/directions and customer feedback.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of journalism, Arabic language, communications, or any related specialty.
- At least one year of content writing experience in a creative agency or in-house creative department.
- A good portfolio.
- Exceptional writing and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
It is preferable to have:
- Experience in social media or content marketing.
- Experience in linguistic proofreading.
- Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc.
- High attention to detail and ability to evaluate designs.
This job will be located in Sheikh Zayed, Egypt.
