Job Opportunity as a Credit Officer at Aramex in Jordan

Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a Credit Officer to join the team in Amman, Jordan. 

1. Implement effective collection plans and achieve key accounts collection target.
2. Contact key accounts/defaulters for pending payment issues.
3. Coordinate with the team(s) regarding any issue related to customers’ account collection.
4. Notify the credit officer, country manager, commercial team about any customer having a cash flow issue, or any dispute in our invoices.
5. Coordinate with the invoicing team for any special requirements on customers’ invoices.
6. Prepare the daily collection plan and arrange collections accordingly.
7. Ensure customers receive all issued invoices and statement of account in time.
8. Submit Aramex invoices in customers portal, and ensure that all invoices are approved.
9. Assist in reconciling customers’ credit statement and customs reports while ensuring timely payments are done.

1. Good communication skills.
2. Excellent command of English.
3. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Team spirit.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
