Opportunity description
Aramex offers a job opportunity as a Facilities Team Leader in Saudi Arabia where you will be responsible for overseeing local standard operating procedures for facilities management through established financial management processes and various document management.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Assist the Facilities Manager in identifying instances of non-compliance.
- Maintain and manage supporting documentation provided by the department for renewing government permits.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor performance by performing construction related services via monthly audits and follow-ups.
- Assisting in project management and developing their plan.
- Assist the line manager in developing and evaluating facilities plans.
- Maintain, collect, update and upload data to the cloud.
- Report deficiencies and recommend areas of improvement to management.
- Supervising AMC contractors and managing the PTW process.
- Update and maintain records to track maintenance and repairs through the FMS.
- Follow up on IRs.
- Supervision of MHE AMC.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
It is preferable to have:
- Practical experience ranging from 2 to 4 years in the field of data analysis.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS office programs.
- Skills of working within a team.
- General knowledge of FM SOPs.
- Preferably familiar with FM software.
- Certificate in business analytics.
