Job Opportunity as a Field Sales Representative at Nestle in the UAE

Nestle is offering a job opportunity as a Field Sales Representative to join the team in the United Arab Emirates. 

1. Accountable for the achievement of sales volumes by category.
2. Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contract
3. Organize field visits on a daily basis and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure availability of products.
4. Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles) to sales management.
5. Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently in store
6. Ensure correct product handling and condition on shelf as per company policy and follow up with merchandisers to resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Ensure on shelf availability of all products based on core distribution by communicating with the merchandiser and following up with store visits.
8. Ensure collection and financial reconciliation made in line with Nestlé set payment terms.
9. Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms.

1. Previous Sales experience in the FMCG/ Food Services industry would be preferred.
2. Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
3. Customer oriented and relationship management skills.
