Opportunity description
ITP MEDIA Group offers a job opportunity in Lebanon to work as a financial assistant.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- All finance-related tasks.
- You will be the main point of contact for all ITP Live Group payments and coordinate between Influencers/Hosts/Suppliers and the Finance department regarding the collection of payment paperwork (invoices, VAT certificates, etc.), and follow-up on their payments.
- Ensure all influencers, hosts, and vendors are paid on time.
- Create reservation orders in various programs, receive relevant documents from clients, ensure reservation orders are approved, correct discrepancies, and handle advance payments for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports on a regular basis.
- Provide the necessary information to senior management, resolve errors in financial reports, and collect data via the ITP Live team.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Arabic speaking skills.
- English speaking skills.
- Financial knowledge in the field of payments, books, and understanding of taxes.
- Attention to detail
- Working skills in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in finance or business administration.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain relationships.
