Opportunity description
Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is looking for a talented Receptionist to work at its front desk in the USA to be one of the first contact points for guests during their stay at the resort. You will respond to various guest requests by carefully assessing their needs and demands while adding your recommendations and personal touch to maximize customer satisfaction.
Duties & responsibilities
Your job duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Welcoming and registering resort guests.
- Adding an enjoyable and positive touch to the resort's guest experience.
- Answering guest calls and assisting them with their various inquiries.
- Handing over keys to guests, explaining the method of payment, and increasing room reservations.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other computer systems when necessary.
- Previous work experience in a hotel/resort or any similar previous job (preferably in a luxury hotel).
- Positive attitude at work and ability to work in a team.
- Work permit in America.
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours per shift.
