Opportunity description
Upt House offers a job opportunity as head of the design department in Jordan. You will be responsible for managing junior designers and all design projects from concept to final delivery along with providing full direction to the team and achieving the best results, developing attractive designs that motivate, educate or dazzle clients through the use of various computer programs. You will also work with project managers to create new designs.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Organizing work among team members.
- Develop team plan iteratively.
- Building productive and effective relationships with team members.
- Review design briefs requested from marketers and identify various requirements.
- Preparing professional presentations.
- Visualize visual elements based on different requirements.
- Organizing and prioritizing projects.
- Set up recurring meetings to stay on top of daily issues with the team.
