Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as a Kitchen Interior Planner to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Planning & Sales:

• Understands the customer need, the dimensions of the living space and then plan the best solution possible.
• Ensure that the customer gets the measurement appointment within 24 hours of enquiry.
• Responsible for booking the measurement appointment at the customers residence.
• Following up with a planning meeting.
• Responsible for booking the measurement appointment at the customers residence.
• Following up with a planning meeting.
• Store Disciplines, SOP’s and Routines.
• Follow all store SOP’s, routines and guidelines.
• Follow the store operating guidelines.

Customer Service:

• Understand the customer needs and provide a “solution based sales”. 
• Always keep the customer first and work with fitters, product executive to provide seamless service.
• Should provide constant feedback on the performance of products ( internal and external) to the Product / Master Data executive.

1. 2+ years as Interior designers / Kitchen planners preferably in Home retail.
2. Positive personality, team player, problem solver.
