Orange offers a job opportunity as a legal expert in Jordan.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing and amending agreements, whether simple or complex.
- Developing company policies and procedures.
- Work with administration, operations and finance departments to ensure that all businesses comply with various laws.
- Preparing and drafting various legal opinions, reports and research.
- The legal works of the company including but not limited to (the articles of association, company registration, listing, merger, acquisition, minutes of general assemblies and board of directors meetings).
- Providing legal advice to the company regarding commercial transactions, claims and lawsuits.
- Registering, following up on the company’s trademarks and renewing them.
- Dealing with lawsuits filed by or against the company.
- Providing assistance and legal opinion to the Human Resources Department and addressing all issues related to employees.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of law.
- At least five years of experience in the legal field.
