Job Opportunity as a Membership and Events Coordinator at Sapphire in UAE

Sapphire is offering a job opportunity as a Membership and Events Coordinator to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Update member profiles on the CRM system.
2. Process membership applications.
3. Liaise with clients and potential clients via email/phone.
4. Send calendar invites in different time zones.
5. Liaise with suppliers.
6. Research.
7. Send out reminders/follow ups.
8. Assisting with room set-up and registrations.
9. Sending marketing packs to potential to members.

1. Degree educated.
2. Effective communications skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-moving department and juggle lots of balls at the same time.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Strong follow up skills.
6. Excellent MS Office expertise.
7. Someone who can think on their feet.
8. Arabic would be an advantage but not essential.
9. Strong written and spoken English is essential.
10. Experience of working with CRM systems would be an advantage along with any experience of working within an online education environment but not essential.
11. Must currently reside in the UAE.

Benefits:

The monthly salary will be of AED 10,000.
