Job Opportunity as a Project Management Officer at Al Futtaim

Al Futtaim is looking for a Project Management Officer to join the team and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Setting up tools and standards for managing the strategy.
2. Planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes, including KPIs and benefits.
3. Financial planning and tracking.
4. Cross-project interdependency management.
5. Setting quality control standards and tracking implementation.
6. Planning and executing communication plans to stakeholders.
7. Strategic overview and reporting on all programs to senior management.
8. Providing training to projects and programs management teams.
9. Auditing and governing on projects and programs.
10. Setting policies to support the Emiratisation strategy.

1. Experience in effective program management, hands on experience in delivering success change agendas.
2. Experience as a strong member of program management team(s).
3. Solid proficiency in program and project management methodologies.
4. Strong knowledge and experience in the use of the various tools to aid program management.
5. Ability to put theory in practice.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
