Job Opportunity as a Project Manager at Sapphire in the UAE

Sapphire Recruitment Consultants is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Project Manager who speaks Arabic to join the team in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Work as the main channel of communication between the Operations Department and the client.
2. Implement full project management programs which contain the details of each project.
3. Prepare goals/objectives and implement action plans for achieving set projects with the client.
4. Ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Inform the client with progress of all projects to detect limitations or faults/challenges to be more efficient as per agreed PMO process.
6. Take approval for Project Schedules and milestones from clients.
7. Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed and explained properly to the client.
8. Develop a timeline for the completion of projects milestones.
9. Provide feedback, review, and approve the Project Execution Plan (PEP) developed by the Project Managers and the Construction Managers and review updates provided to ensure projects are on-track with the client.
10. Ensure that projects are meeting client’s budget by creating cost-effective plans.
11. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
12. Update the client on project progress and adapt work as required, through all phases of design, permits and construction.
13. Monitoring and ensuring project(s) meet deadline(s).
14. Manage relationships between Client, Stakeholders and Contractors.
15. Participate in tender process i.e., design, submission, and review.
16. Monitor and track risks. Develop and implement a risk mitigation plan for the project(s).
17. Participate in managing the project deliverables with different stakeholders and AOJs to ensure the timely completion the project in line with the execution plan.
18. Conduct post project evaluation identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements with Operations team.
19. Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.

1. A degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 5 years related experience as a PM, experience in residential construction sector would be an added advantage.
3. Must be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
4. Must be able to relocate to Fujairah.
5. Only female candidates will be considered due to the sensitivity of who the clients are.
6. Must currently reside in the UAE.
