Job Opportunity as a Projects Accounting Operations Specialist at ABB Group in Egypt

ABB Group is offering a job opportunity as a Projects Accounting Operations Specialist to join the team in Cairo, Egypt. 

1. Register the orders on the SAP, updates the ERP system with new or updated budget estimation once approved and received from management.
2. Responsible for the proper allocation of the payments on the system.
3. Assist the project manager with filing original paper contracts, updating the ERP system, initiating new projects, verifying the congruity of the order documentation.
4. Issue Invoices following the PM instructions and in accordance with the contractual conditions.
5. Assist the PM in initiating the guarantees when creating the contract.
6. Serve with Invoice issues and payment problems, assists the controlling department and PM in reconciling the planned vs actual discrepancies.
7. Generate and review routine financial reports with Financial Controller before submission & assist in analyzing and providing overdue payments reports.
8. Assist with project closing steps such as verifying warehouse equipment, completion, and accuracy of costs, releasing the accruals, Invoicing & completing project credit collection.

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
2. Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in accounting, system administration or related field
3. Excellent Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft office , with background in accounting & administrative roles.
4. Fluency in both spoken and written English language is a must.
