Job Opportunity as a Quality Manager at Al Futtaim in the UAE

Al Futtaim is looking for a Quality Manager to join Al Futtaim Automotive and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. New Parts Validation, Homologations and renewals.
2. Suppliers validation and performance monitoring.
3. Warranty & Quality incidents management including customers claims and recovering suppliers payable.
4. Internal products quality Proactive audits.
5. Gather field market quality data for benchmark scope.
6. Supports suppliers / customers contracts makings.
7. Quality and Product Training coordination and support.
8. Leads a team 2 people to achieve the above mentioned goals. 
9. Develop close connection with Suppliers, Product Managers, AF internal and external customers for granting AFTERMARKET parts quality target are met. Liaise with suppliers on Warranty and technical analysis 8D. 
10. Set up a Quality control system to grant achieving targets. Collate competition data and market trends from internal and external sources to measure our performance to the market and set goal to make AF a supplier of choice from customers.
11. Perform quality data gathering on product categories, , current and potential vendors to allow strategic and tactical decision making and sourcing of AFTERMARKET parts.
12. Punctually delivers customers satisfaction through outstanding hearing, technical answering and customers expectations management to make sure we maintain loyalty .
13. Monitors quality at PPM levels and takes corrective actions together with suppliers and Product Managers. Visits garages to surf our products feedback.
14. Creates and Provides Training to Customers to increase Product technical and quality awareness to increase Quality performance.

1. A technical degree is preferred.
2. Expert knowledge / direct experience in aftermarket parts quality industry is essential.
3. At least 4 years of experience at an Original Equipment supplier or a major AFTERMARKET vendor.
4. AFTERMARKET Parts quality warranty & suppliers management.
5. Training experience, suppliers contracts, technical 
6. Methodic, Strong data analytical, evaluation and interpretation skills.
7. Target oriented and drive to exceed demanding challenges.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to drive best practices and productivity.
9. AFTERMARKET/OEM Parts knowledge, Quality techniques (8D, 5W, PDCA).
