Majid Al Futtaim offers an internship opportunity for graduates in the retail field in Jordan. This internship will give you the opportunity to explore the different commercial departments within the organization, including Fresh Food, E-Commerce, Store Operations, and Marketing through a rotation in different roles spanning 10-12 months. You'll be exposed to a range of diverse fields from retail to grocery, which will allow you to discover your potential and passion while contributing to business goals. You will be supported by experienced business leaders, who will guide you to further your career progression, and their experience and insights will provide valuable support as you progress your career through different departments and roles, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the field.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Learn key performance indicators (KPIs) and technical competencies specific to each role in the training.
- Actively contribute to achieving business goals and initiatives.
- Engage in the company's continuous learning and development process to enhance your basic technical and administrative capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvement.
